The PM005 Stainless Steel Knob is a non-standard petrochemical machinery part, produced by the core process of Silica Sol Investment Casting and CNC Machining. Silica sol investment casting ensures the part has high dimensional accuracy and a smooth surface, which is suitable for the complex structure requirements of petrochemical equipment components. CNC machining processes such as boring and threading are used to refine the key connection parts of the knob, ensuring it can withstand extreme pressure and corrosion in petrochemical environments.
We provide one-stop OEM services covering mold design, casting, machining, and surface treatment. The material can be customized according to the working medium, including duplex stainless steel, Inconel, and Hastelloy, which have excellent corrosion resistance. The product weight ranges from 1g to 30kg, and the blind hole depth can reach up to 30mm (diameter 10mm), meeting the installation requirements of different petrochemical equipment. We support AutoCAD and UG design software and accept PDF and JPEG format drawings for quick customization response.
This product has three irreplaceable advantages in petrochemical applications. First, it has superior corrosion resistance, and the alloy composition containing chromium and molybdenum can effectively resist H2S and CO2 corrosion. Second, it has excellent high-temperature capability, maintaining mechanical strength in the temperature range from -162°C (LNG cryogenic environment) to over 800°C (catalytic cracking unit). Third, it supports custom engineering solutions, and the complex internal structure can be integrally cast to reduce assembly weak points.

The casting tolerance meets CT4-CT7/GBT6414-1999 and VDG Merkblad P690 standards, ensuring the interchangeability of parts. The surface roughness is controlled at Ra1.6-Ra6.3, which reduces fluid resistance and improves equipment operation efficiency.
We implement full-process quality control from raw material inspection to finished product delivery. The heat treatment processes including normalizing and aging are precisely controlled to adjust the hardness and toughness of the parts.
