Model IMA013 impeller casting parts adopt the hybrid process of silica sol investment casting and 3D sand printing, breaking through the limitations of traditional casting on complex structures. The casting tolerance is controlled at CT4-CT7/GBT6414-1999 and VDG Merkblad P690 level, and the machining link is equipped with professional test equipment to carry out precision processing such as threading and grinding on the impeller. This process can realize the integrated molding of complex flow channels, ensuring the hydraulic performance of the impeller to the greatest extent.

The material system is expanded to high-performance alloys such as duplex stainless steel, titanium alloy and superalloy on the basis of conventional stainless steel, alloy cast steel and carbon steel, adapting to the harsh working conditions of high pressure and strong corrosion. The product weight covers 1g-30kg, and we support personalized customization according to the client's RPM, pressure and fluid medium characteristics. The quality inspection links include full-size detection of casting radius, thickness and surface roughness, with the surface roughness controlled at Ra1.6-Ra6.3, ensuring that each impeller delivered meets the high-quality standards.
