Large, extremely simple or very thick structural parts may require a different manufacturing process.

Yes. We can provide CNC turning, milling, drilling, boring, threading, grinding and other machining operations according to the drawing requirements. Commonly machined features include bearing bores, shaft holes, mounting faces, locating surfaces, sealing faces, threaded holes, grooves and assembly interfaces.

Available material options include stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, duplex stainless steel, heat-resistant steel and wear-resistant steel. Yes. Depending on the material and application requirements, we can provide heat treatment and surface finishing as part of the production process. Available options may include quenching and tempering, normalizing, solution treatment, black oxide, passivation, polishing, electrocoating, powder coating and other specified finishes. The suitability of each process will be reviewed according to the material grade and drawing requirements.

Q6. How do you control the quality of cast and machined machinery parts?


Quality control can include material composition verification, casting surface inspection, dimensional inspection, hardness testing and verification of critical machined features. Bores, mounting holes, flatness, wall thickness, locating surfaces and assembly dimensions can be inspected according to the drawing. Inspection reports can be provided when required.

Q7. Can you manufacture parts from an existing sample?


Yes. If a complete drawing is not available, we can review an existing sample and discuss 3D scanning, dimensional measurement or reverse engineering support. However, clearly defined material, dimensional tolerances, functional requirements and annual quantity are still recommended to ensure an accurate technical and commercial evaluation.

Please provide a 2D drawing or 3D model, material grade, required quantity, machining areas, dimensional tolerances, heat-treatment requirements and surface finish. It is also helpful to identify critical assembly features, inspection requirements and estimated annual demand. This information allows us to evaluate casting feasibility, machining requirements, tooling cost and production lead time more accurately.
