Product Overview
This stainless steel elbow coupling is a custom investment cast component designed for fluid-transfer and piping connection applications. Its integrated curved body and connection features make investment casting suitable for producing the complex geometry with fewer separate components and reduced fabrication requirements.
Zeren manufactures similar stainless steel coupling and pipe-connection components according to customer drawings, with casting, secondary machining, surface finishing and dimensional inspection available within one manufacturing project.
Part Type | Elbow Coupling |

Secondary Process | Machining / Grinding |
Surface | As Cast / Blasted / Customized |
Production Type | Custom Made to Drawing |
Key Features
Curved flow passage formed as an integral casting.
Cast locking and connection structures reduce additional fabrication.
Suitable for applications requiring corrosion resistance and durability.
Critical mating or fitting areas can be machined according to drawing requirements.
Investment casting is particularly suitable for components with curved passages, varying wall sections and integrated connection features that would otherwise require multiple fabrication or machining operations.
Manufacturing
The component is manufactured primarily by silica sol investment casting, allowing the curved body, internal passage and external connection features to be formed close to the required geometry. Secondary machining and finishing can then be applied to functional areas according to the drawing.
Drawing, material and functional requirements reviewed before tooling.
Wax pattern, shell building, pouring and casting cleaning.
Grinding and machining of specified functional areas.
Dimensions and material requirements checked before shipment.
Applications
Components of this type can be customized for pipe connection and fluid-handling assemblies where compact geometry, corrosion resistance and integrated connection features are required.
Pipe and hose connection assemblies.
Connection components used around pumps and fluid equipment.
Customized connectors and flow-direction components.
Stainless steel fittings for industrial fluid-handling systems.
Quality
Inspection requirements are determined according to the drawing and application. For coupling and connection components, particular attention can be given to mating dimensions, opening geometry, wall sections and other functional features.
Critical dimensions checked against approved drawings.
Material composition can be verified according to project requirements.
Connection and mating areas checked where required.
Casting surface and obvious defects inspected before shipment.
This part is shown as a representative manufacturing example. Zeren produces custom investment cast components according to customer drawings, 3D models, material requirements and application conditions rather than supplying only standard catalog parts.
