Product Overview
Water manifolds and other fluid-distribution components often combine multiple inlet and outlet connections, internal flow passages, mounting features and machined interfaces within a single component.
Silica sol investment casting provides an effective manufacturing solution for producing these complex geometries as an integrated casting while reducing the need to assemble multiple separately manufactured parts.
Zeren provides investment casting, CNC machining and dimensional inspection for customized pump, valve and fluid-handling components. Casting structure, machining allowances, threaded connections, material requirements and critical dimensions can be reviewed according to customer drawings before production.

Manufacturing Features
Investment casting allows multiple branches, connecting passages and mounting features to be integrated into a single component, making it suitable for complex manifold designs.
Different threaded connections, inlet and outlet ports, bosses and mounting features can be incorporated according to the customer's design requirements.
Threaded ports, sealing areas, bores, mounting holes and other functional surfaces can be CNC machined after casting to meet drawing specifications.
Stainless steel and other suitable steel grades can be evaluated according to fluid media, operating environment, mechanical requirements and customer specifications.
Critical port positions, thread dimensions, mounting-hole locations and other important features can be inspected according to the agreed drawing and quality requirements.
