Manufacturing Process
Customer drawings and 3D models are reviewed before tooling to evaluate casting feasibility, machining allowances, parting considerations and critical tolerance requirements.
Tooling is manufactured according to the approved casting design, followed by wax pattern production and inspection.
The pump housing is produced using the silica sol investment casting process to achieve complex geometry, internal features and consistent surface quality.
After casting, gates and feeding systems are removed. Castings are cleaned, ground and prepared for machining.
Critical internal bores, flange faces, holes, sealing surfaces and locating features are machined according to the drawing.
Finished components are inspected using appropriate measuring equipment to verify critical dimensions and machining features before shipment.
