Manufacturing Process
Drawing & Engineering Review
We review 2D drawings and 3D models to assess wall thickness, opening geometry, tooling access, casting feasibility and machining requirements. Critical interfaces and inspection datums are identified before tooling begins.
Tooling & Wax Pattern Production
Tooling is prepared to the approved design. Wax patterns are checked for shape, completeness and relevant dimensions before shell building.
Silica Sol Investment Casting
The main housing geometry is formed through silica sol investment casting. The approach to internal features is selected according to their accessibility and complexity.
Casting Cleaning & Preparation
Gates are removed, followed by grinding and cleaning. Castings are checked before further machining or finishing.
CNC Machining
Specified faces, bores, holes and connection features are machined to the approved drawing. Machining operations are planned around the required datums and assembly relationships.
Final Inspection & Packing
Finished components are checked against the agreed inspection plan and packed to protect their surfaces and machined features during handling and transport.

Material selection depends on the operating environment, mechanical requirements, corrosion exposure and any specified heat treatment.
