Product Overview
This stainless steel mounting bracket is produced by silica sol investment casting, also known as the lost wax casting process. The component features a large central opening, integrated mounting lugs and reinforcing structures that can be formed as a near-net-shape casting, reducing the need for welded or separately assembled features.

Manufacturing
The bracket is manufactured using silica sol investment casting. This lost wax casting process allows the central body, reinforcing ribs and mounting features to be formed close to the required geometry. Secondary CNC machining can then be applied to bores, holes, mating surfaces and other functional areas according to the drawing.
