Product Overview
This stainless steel mounting bracket is produced by silica sol investment casting, also known as the lost wax casting process. The component features a large central opening, integrated mounting lugs and reinforcing structures that can be formed as a near-net-shape casting, reducing the need for welded or separately assembled features.
Zeren manufactures custom stainless steel investment casting brackets, supports and structural components according to customer drawings, with secondary machining, surface finishing and dimensional inspection available as part of the complete manufacturing process.

Key Features
Central body, mounting lugs and reinforcing structures formed as one casting.
Integrated ribs help provide structural support without additional welded components.
Cast mounting features can be finished or machined according to assembly requirements.
Bores, holes and mating surfaces can be machined to specified tolerances where required.
The investment casting process is well suited to brackets with integrated ribs, mounting lugs, varying wall sections and other structural features that could otherwise require multiple fabrication or machining operations.
Manufacturing
The bracket is manufactured using silica sol investment casting. This lost wax casting process allows the central body, reinforcing ribs and mounting features to be formed close to the required geometry. Secondary CNC machining can then be applied to bores, holes, mating surfaces and other functional areas according to the drawing.
Drawing, material, tolerances and functional requirements reviewed before tooling.
Wax pattern, shell building, pouring and casting cleaning.
Grinding and machining of specified bores, holes and mating areas.
Critical dimensions and material requirements checked before shipment.
Applications
Components of this type can be customized for industrial equipment assemblies where integrated mounting features, structural rigidity and accurate positioning are required.
Structural brackets for machinery and equipment assemblies.
Support and positioning components for mechanical systems.
Mounting components used around rotating or motion-related assemblies.
Application-specific brackets manufactured according to equipment drawings.
Quality
Inspection requirements are determined according to the drawing and application. For mounting and structural components, particular attention can be given to bore dimensions, mounting-hole positions, mating surfaces and overall geometry.
Critical dimensions checked against approved drawings.
Material composition can be verified according to project requirements.
Functional holes and machined bores checked where required.
Casting surface and obvious defects inspected before shipment.
This part is shown as a representative manufacturing example. Zeren produces custom investment cast brackets and other stainless steel investment casting components according to customer drawings, 3D models, material requirements and application conditions rather than supplying only standard catalog parts.
