Product Overview
The bracket combines an open-frame body, mounting sections and connecting features into a single investment cast component. Its geometry demonstrates one of the key advantages of investment casting: the ability to produce complex structural shapes without assembling multiple separately manufactured parts.

Casting & Machining
Investment casting, also known as lost wax casting, is well suited for carbon steel brackets with irregular profiles, integrated mounting features and complex transitions. The process can produce a near-net-shape casting before secondary machining is applied to critical functional areas.
For features requiring closer dimensional tolerances, CNC machining can be performed after casting and heat treatment according to the drawing specifications.
